Privacy Policy for Brga - Kids

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Section 11 ("Future Feature Disclosures") is a standing placeholder for features not yet built; it will be completed before any such feature ships.

This Privacy Policy describes how Mukhammadjon Yorkinov, an individual developer based in the Republic of Uzbekistan ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information through the Brga - Kids mobile application (the "Child App" or "Service") installed on a child's device.

Brga - Kids is the child-side companion to the Brga - Family app. It cannot be set up, configured, or used independently by a child. It must be linked to a Parent User's Brga - Family Account before it functions, and all data it collects is made visible only to the Parent User connected to that child's profile.

This Privacy Policy must be read together with the Brga - Family Privacy Policy, which governs the parent-side Account. Where this Policy is silent, the Brga - Family Privacy Policy applies.

This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with:

1. Who This App Is For

Brga - Kids is intended exclusively for use by minors under the direct setup, supervision, and verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian (the "Parent User"). It is not intended for independent use by children without parental involvement, and We do not knowingly allow a child to create or control an Account on their own.

2. Setup and Parental Consent

2.1. Before the Child App becomes functional, the Parent User must:

2.2. This linking step constitutes the Parent User's verifiable consent to the collection and processing of the Child User's data described in this Policy. No data collection under Section 3 begins before this step is completed.

2.3. The Parent User may revoke consent and unlink the Child App at any time from the Brga - Family app or by uninstalling the Child App, which stops further data collection from that device.

2.4. If We learn that a Child User's data was collected without completion of the parental linking step, We will delete that data as soon as reasonably possible.

3. Data Collected From the Child's Device

Depending on which features the Parent User enables, the Child App may collect:

3.1. Location Data

Precise geolocation (GPS/Wi-Fi/cell-based) used to show the child's current location and movement history to the connected Parent User. Location data is retained only as long as needed to provide recent-location and history features described in the Brga - Family Policy, then deleted or aggregated.

3.2. Audio / "Listen Around" Data

If the Parent User enables an ambient-listening feature, the Child App may transmit live audio from the device's microphone to the connected Parent User. Each check-in is triggered manually by the Parent User from Brga - Family, typically lasts around 20–30 seconds, and cannot exceed a hard maximum of 5 minutes per check-in.

3.3. App Usage and Screen-Time Data

Names of installed/used applications, time spent in each, and device-lock/unlock activity, used to power the Parent User's screen-time controls and usage reports.

3.4. Contacts

Read only to populate parent-configured call/message allow-lists and SOS contact numbers. We do not use the contact list for any other purpose.

3.5. SOS / Emergency Alerts

When the Child User triggers an SOS alert, We collect the alert's time and the device's location to notify the Parent User immediately.

3.6. Device and Diagnostic Data

Device model, OS version, battery level, network status, and crash/error logs, used to keep the Child App functioning reliably.

3.7. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect photos or camera data, do not allow the Child User to chat with unknown third parties through this app, and do not use any data collected through Brga - Kids for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. How Child Data Is Used

Data collected through the Child App is used solely to:

Child User data is never used to build advertising profiles, served to advertisers, or sold to third parties.

5. Who Can See the Child's Data

The Child User cannot share their own data publicly through this app — there is no public profile, public chat, or social feed in Brga - Kids.

6. Data Localization and Storage

In accordance with Law No. ЗРУ-547 and its 2021 amendments, Personal Data of Uzbek child Users is stored and processed on infrastructure located within the Republic of Uzbekistan. Where infrastructure or sub-processors are located abroad, We apply contractual and technical safeguards (encryption in transit, data-processing agreements) before any cross-border transfer, consistent with the approach described in the Brga - Family Privacy Policy.

7. Data Retention

All retention is subject to a shorter period if the Parent User unlinks the device or deletes the child profile, except where We must retain data to comply with a legal obligation or investigate an incident.

8. Security

We apply encryption in transit, access controls, and confidentiality obligations on Our staff and Service Providers to protect Child User data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and live audio/location features are gated behind the parental linking step described in Section 2 specifically to limit exposure of this sensitive data.

9. Children's Rights and Parental Controls

9.1. A Parent User may, at any time and at no cost:

9.2. Where a jurisdiction grants the child their own data-subject rights independent of the parent (e.g., upon reaching an age of digital consent), We will honor a verified request from that individual in accordance with applicable law.

9.3. To exercise any of these rights, contact Us using the details in Section 12, or use the in-app controls within Brga - Family.

10. No Independent Account or Public Profile

The Child App does not allow the Child User to create an independent account, set their own password, browse public content, or communicate with unknown users. All configuration is performed by the Parent User through Brga - Family.

11. Future Feature Disclosures

Every Child App feature currently offered — including the audio "listen around" check-in described in Section 3.2 — is disclosed in this Policy. If the Company builds a child-side feature that goes beyond standard parental-control functionality (e.g., modified listening triggers, geofencing alerts, additional sensors, or in-app messaging restricted to the linked parent), this section will be completed with a specific disclosure, and the "Last updated" date revised, before that feature ships.

12. Contact Us

If You are a Parent User with questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise data rights on behalf of a Child User, contact Us:

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes — particularly any that affect what data is collected from a Child User or how it is used — will be communicated to the Parent User through the Brga - Family app and/or email before taking effect, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised.
